Once the purchase item is delivered, we will inform you by email with a tracking number. If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be informed with the estimated delivery time. Price Policy All items are priced in US Dollar. We may change prices without advanced notice. Washington residents will be charged 8.9% sales tax. Payment Methods We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You may also pay with cashiers check or money order; we will send the purchased items after the payment is cleared. For customers from outside USA/Canada, we need payment via PAYPAL. Please send the payment to sales@stardanceshop.com and inform us by email. Shipping We usually ship the purchased items via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. For US customers, shipping/handling charges starts from $5 for Priority Mail and $18 for Express mail dependant on the weight. For Canadian customers, shipping/handling charges start from $12 for Priority Mail and $30 for Express Mail. For customers in other countries, shipping/handling charges start from $20 for Priority Mail and $30 for Express Mail. For Express Mail delivery, we will ship in the same business day, if the order is received in before 9am (PST). For Priority Mail delivery, we usually ship the next business day. Other shipping services are available. We can ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL. The customer will be charged for the exact shipping cost plus $5.00 handling charge. Exchanges and Returns All dancewear returned must be unworn and unsoiled. Dancewear not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be returned for credit, refund, or exchange. Returned dancewear must be received within 21 days from the shipping date with a copy of the original receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period. We recommend you insure all packages as we are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There is a 10% restocking fee for any non-Star Dancewear product. Please provide detailed instructions about your return or exchange in your return package. For Exchanges: Shipping and handling cost will be charged; there will not be any restocking fee. For Returns: We will only refund the purchase price; shipping and handling will not be refunded. Size and Heel We make all Star dance shoes to American size. Heel height of Star dance shoes will be the same as Supadance and Capezio. Ladies' dance shoes: Sizes for sizes 4-4.5 are available at 2", 2.2" or 2.5" heel only. Sizes for sizes 5-10.5 are available at 2" 2.2", 2.5" and 3" heel. Men's dance shoes: For most styles, sizes 6.5-13 are available. We don't have size 11+ for ladies' shoes and size 13.5+ for men's shoes. Low heel Dance Shoes: 260101 = Ladies' low heel closed toe dance shoes, heel = 0.8" 167021 = Ladies' low heel open toe dance shoes, heel = 1.5" 160520 = Ladies' low heel open toe dance shoes, heel = 1.5" *** BUY FIVE GET ONE FREE *** If you purchased 6 pairs of STAR dance shoes (excluding clearance shoes) in the past 10 months without using coupon, we will refund the least expensive pair to your credit card. You can purchase Star dance shoes for your friends and still qualify for this offer. However, these dance shoes have to be ordered by the same customer, but the shipping address can be different.
